Saint Patrick’s Day is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick the patron saint of Ireland. Each year, thousands of partygoers wearing Irish green and Guinness hats descend on London for St Patrick’s Day. Countless people soak up the luck of the Irish as they turn the capital green on March 17. It’s not a public holiday in England, London pulls out all the stops for St Patrick’s Day each year. This year celebrations start from 13th March -15th March, the weekend before. I have listed a few of the exciting things happening that weekend and where best to go.read more
