Alice in Wonderland became one of the most popular, most widely quoted and most widely translated children’s book ever written. Alice’s Day is celebrated on the 2nd July and is an important day for children’s literature and Oxford as it was written by Oxford local Charles Dodgson, pen name Lewis Carroll. Glenagles Townhouse Website: Gleneagles Townhouse From Gleneagles is set to launch its urban counterpart, Gleneagles Townhouse in Edinburgh.
