The International Art Festival is taking place in Salisbury this May running from 27th May till 18th June. I have put together a list of great restaurants to try out while visiting, as well as some great hotels to stay! We , at Obis360, have put together a list of great restaurants to try out while visiting that are a must go!   63 Tay Street Restaurant Website: 63taystreet This award-winning 63 Tay Street Restaurant offers discerning foodies something a little different. Having undergone a complete refurbishment in 2016, the restaurant has transformed into one of the most prestigious places to eat in Perth. The à la carte menu features tantalising dishes prepared using local ingredients as well as a tempting specials board and tasting menu. It is that time of year where the days are getting longer and the flowers are in full bloom, and everyone is  spring cleaning and decluttering their lives. As we get rid of the old be sure to check out these great new restaurants opening in London.  Aragawa Website: Aragawa The original Tokyo restaurant is one of the most expensive steakhouses in the world, so when Aragawa lands in Mayfair this Spring it’s going to be a pricey spot for sure. What you get for that is some of the best Kobe beef you’ll ever try. The London outpost is their first outside Tokyo and will feature an open kitchen, private dining room and a high end wine list to boot. Aragawa will open in May and you’ll be able to find it at 38 Clarges Street, London, W1J 7EN. The nearest station is Green Park. Tatale Website:  Tatale Chef Akwasi Brenya-Mensa will open his debut London restaurant at The Africa Centre in London. Its namesake is a plantain pancake — a quintessential Ghanaian dish and the menu will be a combination of Ghana and London Pan-African dishes. The 2022 Grand National will take place on Saturday 9th April 2022 and will take place (as almost always) at the Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, England. It’s promising to be a great day out. After the big race (or any time) why don’t you check out some of the exciting restaurants Liverpool has to offer! I have selected a few great options below. Barnacle Website:BARNACLE When four of Liverpool’s most talented chefs – headed up by The Art School’s Paul Askew – get together to open a restaurant, you know it’s going to be something special. Barnacle on the mezzanine of Duke Street Market was launched in November by Paul, Bone and Block’s Harry Marquart and chefs Kieran Gill and Jake Lewis, focusing on contemporary cooking and locally-sourced organic dishes inspired by our city’s maritime history. The Six Nations Round 4 will start from 11 March onwards and the games will kick off first at Cardiff, Rome, Twickenham,  Dublin and Paris. Here are some great venues you could stay at and restaurants to explore near the stadiums. Exciting new Restaurants to look forward to!

It’s 2022 and there are many things opening this year to get excited for. The following restaurants have opened their doors so why not spend the next few months supporting some local businesses and try some great new food. Here is a list of some exciting openings starting in London. We will be back in a fortnight focusing on with another UK town/city. Walter’s Website: Walter’s Dulwich Walter’s will open from the end of January. From the creators of The Oystermen, this new restaurant will be located in West Dulwich in London. The menu will be similar to the Oysterman, focusing on seafood dishes.
