Who doesn’t’ love a good brunch? And brunch would not be complete without pancakes!  So, this week, on the 26th, its National Pancake day! So, I have put together my own personal pancake guide to the best brunch spots to grab some delicious and Instagram worthy pancakes!


 

Fuwa Fuwa

Location: Unit 8 Brunswick Centre, London WC1N 1AE

Fuwa Fuwa is the only place in London (and the UK)  you can get Japanese Souffle Pancake. The pancakes take about 20- 30 minutes to cook but they are well worth the wait as they are super fluffy and delicious as well as jiggly. They offer a huge list of toppings, so there is something for everyone. They are totally Instagram worthy and these pancakes have quickly become an internet sensation, and now it’s in London its time to indulge!


Chez Lindsay

Location:11 Hill Rise, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6UQ

Chez Lindsay is a French restaurant making sweet and savoury traditional crepes. They specialise in Galettes which is crepes made with buckwheat flour , which are gluten free and has a nuttier taste. Their choice toppings range from the simple favourite of strawberries and cream to really creative seafood dishes. Highly recommend trying out this traditional Italian place next time you’re out brunching.


Milk

Location: 18-20, Bedford Hill , London , SW129RG

One of the most Instagram worthy pancakes, with amazing and unique flavour combination Milk takes brunch to a whole new level. Milk has two locations , and both offer truly beautiful food. They go the extra mile with their topping options and source local produce. This little cafe offer brunch all day and has a dinner menu from 5Pm. I can’t recommend this place enough but I would suggest to book in advance so you don’t miss out!


My Old Dutch

This pancake house has mastered the art of pancakes making and taken it to new heights. They have a pancake for everyone, whether you are gluten free, vegan, have a sweet tooth or perfer something more savoury- they’ve got you covered. They have been around since 1958 so they have learned a thing or two. They offer crepes and American style pancakes as well as waffles. They also have three locations around London, all with the same warm and friendly environment. The old Dutch is a pancake lover’s dream!


Avo Bar

Location: 24 Henrietta St, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8ND

The same people to bring another internet sensation of the Avocado burger bun, they have now added Matcha pancakes to their menu. Not only are their Matcha pancakes delicious , they are so beautiful to look at. They offer a sweet and savoury options as well as a vegetarian option, just another reason to visit this restaurant. Avo bar has added a healthy twist on this classic breakfast dessert so if you’re a health guru, this place is for you
